Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

UK ORDERS - All our items are sent out within 1-2 working days by tracked standard delivery.  Deliveries usually take 2-3 days from shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - For orders outside of the UK mainland we send out the item within 1-2 working days. Delivery times are depending on location. All our orders are tracked. Courier to Western Europe is usually 3-5 working days, courier to Eastern Europe is usually 4-7 days and courier to the rest of the World is usually between 7-10 days. 

We cannot guarantee timescales and sometimes delivery can be a little longer than anticipated due to unexpected delays.

Our Couriers are Royal Mail & Evri for UK Deliveries.
International deliveries are Royal Mail, DPD & UPS

RETURNS PROCEDURE

At Sheepsrus, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, that is no problem. We ask you please contact us within 14 days at contact.sheepsrus@gmail.com providing your order details. Please ensure your item is in the same condition as received and packaged well for the return. Please give us any tracking and courier details to our email address and send back to the returns address below.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will check it over and providing is the in the original advertised condition we will issue a refund to the original payment used for the purchase.

RETURNING A FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM

At Sheepsrus we take the utmost care in packaging and delivering our products to ensure they reach you in the condition expected.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we firstly apologize for any inconvenience caused and will gladly resolve the issue.

1. Please contact our customer service team at contact.sheepsrus@gmail.com providing your order details and a description of the issue. It is important to notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a returns label if approved

2. Package and send the item back to the returns address below. Free return postage where allocated will be either Royal Mail or Evri and must be returned to either a Royal Mail post office or an Evri drop off location. You MUST get proof or postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post without proof of posting.

3. Once the item is received, our team will inspect it thoroughly to verify the damage or error. Once approved, we will offer you a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

We understand the importance of resolving such matters promptly, and we aim to process all damaged or incorrect returns as quickly as possible.
